How to Safety Factory Default Nokia Asha 310 & 311 Format & Master Reset?

  i hve nokia asha 311
  i hve great problem in it..when i turn it on with simcard then it turn off automatically...but it turn on without simcard easily....i also try other sim but this problem is still there,, i also try hard reset bt it doesn't work..please sir help me..

  • Hi, your steps are correct to test your trouble Nokia Asha 311 with different working simcard. If you already hard reset but the problem still happen, we are worry there are some short circuit problems at your phone. Therefor you need to get help from Nokia authorize service center.

• I'm change my access code and forgot.i'm trying 12345 and 00000 to resotor but its codes is not working.so i'm request to help me to ask me asha 311 mobile master code.

  • Hi, maybe you or someone else ever to change default security code at your Nokia Asha 311. If you forgot the security code, then you need help from Nokia service center.

  • Hi, if you have already try to unlock your Nokia Asha 311 with default code 12345 but still locked, then you should bring your phone to nearest Nokia authorize service center to ask their help.

  • Hi, can you give us more information about what kind of memory that not support to your Nokia Asha 310 or 311? If you mean about the external memory, then this phone use microSD ut to 32GB for external memory. Make sure your memory not more than 32GB and the memory is not damage. Try to format the external microSD from computer then put again at Nokia Asha 310/311 external memory slot.

  • Hi, you can try to use 12345 as default security code. If someone already change that code, then you need to bring your Nokia Asha 311 to Nokia service center to unlock it again.

  I have Nokia Asha 311 that I bought last year. It has now started giving me problems. Apparently, some menus like Internet, Mail, WhatsApp, Twitter and Facebook cannot be clicked.

  Every time I click any of the above, it just flashes and does not even open like it used to do. Imagine I cannot access any of those or do any of my communications.

  Please help.

  • Hi, usually this problem happen because you Nokia Asha 311 memory already full or some applications work not in the right state. We strongly suggest you to do hard reset or master format, since your phone still can access menu, then please do steps at #Option 1 above.

• sir kindly tell me my nokia asha 310 reset security code. 12345 code is not working. my bro had sent it from saudia. i have used it only 6months and 6 months waranty is also present . i think there is some prob. in its hard. its secreen suddenly gets blank and on auto. please tell me what i have to do.

  • Hi, yes your right, the default security code for Nokia Asha 310 is 12345. If you or someone else has ever changed this code then you should ask Nokia authorize service center to unlock it. Otherwise you can not finish to do hard reset or master format.

• figured out why 12345 didn't work for me. guys the security code is not incorrect. you need to slow your speed on typing the security code... press 1 and wait till the input shows a dot, every digit should be pressed that way.

  it seems the phone doesn't recognize the input when u fast type it.. weird, but it seems it is.

  • Hi, if your Nokia Asha 311 get trouble with the LCD touch screen not responding, you can try to do hard reset or master format using hardware button key. Try to turn off the Nokia Asha 311, press and hold together Volume Up + Volume Down + Power Button together until the phone restarted and you can need to make sure the touch screen become responsive or not. If the problem still happen, then maybe the LCD touch screen digitizer hardware get trouble and need to be repair.

      I've some answer and it says, I have to go to the nearly nokia service store but in our country we don't have a store here so, I need your help to break this lock so I can get to the program of my phone

      • Hi, that is correct suggestion from others, that the only solution to unlock forgotten security code is bring to Nokia service center, they have tools to unlock using your IMEI. However, if you are away from Nokia service center, than you can consider use some online tools for unlock you Nokia Asha 311 using their service, but you have to make sure they are recommended or not, please find the right provider carefully, we nerver use their service so far. Because the right solutions is with Nokia authorize service center.
