Hi, please try to use different simcard to make sure this problems is not happen because broken simcard. If still can not fix then please do hard reset to reformat your Nokia Asha 311 operating system to factory default using menu Setting like steps at #Option 1 above. Of course you only can do this when your phone can start normally or when the simcard is release from this phone.
