Hi, usually this problems comes from applications problems. Then you should try to do hard reset or reformat to factory default your Nokia Asha 311 and try to use several hours to make sure the problems already solved.

On this Java Based Phone , I am experiencing a weired Problem.
The Phone was slow so i performed the soft reset by getting in settings and implementing rest .
While the reset was in the process the phone fell Down and the Batttery came out of the shell.
Assembelled the phone battery and the case and then Powerd On ..
Great the Phone is fast now but all critical icons disappered.. I dont see the call,message,settings icons....
i am able to receive the calls and text but i cant call others...
