How to Safety Factory Default Nokia Asha 310 & 311 Format & Master Reset?

  Let me ask you help, I wanna to reset my device I put the reset key then it needs a password and I don't know my password what can I do?

  • try to use 12345 for default security password code as far you never change the default security code

    • i’d tried to do that but still 12345 code is still code error.. what will i do?
      wat if i change the code ..and i forgotten it.. please help

      • Hi, if you have already changed the code but you forgot to unlock your Nokia Asha 310, then you have to bring your phone to Nokia service center to unlock it.

  • My sister game me her old Nokia 311 Asha but she coulnd't remember the security code. I managed to reset security code to 12345 by booting up the phone by pressing down Volume Down key + Green key + Red key. Hold them down until your pohone boots.

• If i select my internet nothing happen and if I select the email its loading one of the games and it says if the certificate does not exist on the device and Sim.I need help because all the default apps dont work.

  • Hi, this situation usually happen because your applications problem. Better you try to do hard reset to make it back to default.

• hi, my phone is nokia asha311. it wont turn on if with simcard. it will automatically turn off if it has sim on it. i can turn on if i will remove the simcard. i've done all the instructions on this website but still the same. it started when i was downloading lots of games in it.

  • Hi, we are worry the simcard itself got the problem. Please try to put your simcard at other phone. Or you can also can use other working simcard and put it at your Nokia Asha 311. If with other simcard, your Nokia Asha 311 work properly, then you need to change your simcard with new one but still with the same number. This process can be done easily by bring your simcard to your GSM provider office.
