  Hi, if you can not unlock forgotten password at Sony Xperia P using Google account, then you only can use your phone after doing hard reset with step #2 or #3 or #4 above.

My mother won a P xperia used the company you work in which a former employee who left asked the account. But he's locked and souvenirs passwords are linked to google account that boy. The only way would be to do the hard reset, but already tried connecting to 300x (power button + vol up) it vibrates a 3/4x and does nothing more .... I do not know what to do ...

  Hi, there are some other options to do hard reset at your Sony Xperia P.   Hi, at normal situation if you have already root, then doing hard reset or master format will not make unroot unless you flash with other not usual firmware. So, your phone will keep rooted although you do hard reset.

My Xperia P got snatched today and it was Patern locked. So i want to ask that if thief do hard reset to it then can they get the pictures and videos etc which was saved in it or it will be also deleted ?

  Hi, basically all data at Sony Xperia P will be removed, at the system partitions. Since your xperia P does not have external memory slot, then the 16 GB internal memory will be divided into 2 partitions. One for system, and the other one for data. Unfortunately, doing hard reset with hardware button reset may not always removed data at data partitions, but some operating can removed data as well. So, sadly you data still possible to be seen by anyone else, but your contact or sms or message chat or email will safe, but we still suggest you to change all login like Gmail or Facebook or Twitter or something like that.

  Hi, there are 2 options you can try to upgrade your Sony Xperia P. First try to use OTA (Over The Air) update, this steps will need Wifi internet connection, you still can use your GSM network data as well, but will charge you a lot. The second options if you can not upgrade with OTA, then you need to download PC Companion applications from Sony official website, install it at your Microsoft Windows computer (Win XP / Win & / Win 8), then follow the steps at #Option 4 above.

  Hi, sorry we reply in English. If your Sony Xperia P get trouble in boot loop at Sony Xperia logo, then you can try to do hard reset using hardware button like steps at #Option 3 above. You also can try to use PC Companion applications which need to be download from Sony official website and install it at your computer with Microsoft Windows operating system (Win XP/Win 7/Win 8)

Therefore, please try again give several time wrong answer continuously until your Sony Xperia P freeze or locked 30 seconds. At this time, you will find Forgot Password button. Please make sure your Internet connection active while you do recovery or unlock forgot password with Gmail username and password.

Hi,
My xperia p had a little swim in an ocean.
I turned it off after the accident and stripped and cleaned it after several days with alcohol.
now it wont turn on and wont charge.

  Hi, the Sony Xperia P is non waterproof, moreover the ocean water is salty which more dangerous then plain water. Therefore we suggest you to bring your Sony Xperia P to Sony service center and ask their help to recheck all possibility damage because that situations.

  Hi, first try to recover forgotten password using Gmail account. Try to give several time wrong answer continuously until your Sony Xperia P freeze or locked 30 seconds.       Hi, unfortunately for unlock or bypass forgotten security lock at Sony Xperia P have to use Google account that you have sign-in before. You already done the right steps but can not work. Maybe you are not activated or has already release GSM simcard from your phone while unlock or bypass forgotten security screen lock. This phone need to get authentications to Google server, that is why you have to make sure your GSM Simcard still active or your last Wifi connection still active as well. However, if you still can not access Google account, then you have to do hard reset using hardware button combinations key or using PC companion, but this process may erase or wipe any important data from your Sony Xperia P.
