If you still can not find the applications that make this trouble, then you have to consider choose hard reset.

Hi, yes you right, the specifications for Sony Xperia J is very limited especially for today's applications that need more RAM and internal storage. When we use this phone from beginning, we only can have around 2 GB free internal memory and of couse 512 MB RAM is very limited.

Hi, you have to turn off talkback menu setting at your Sony Xperia J, but you need to do it carefully and slowly, do long press and hold for several options. Menu Setting > Accessibility > TalkBack, set to Off.
