• hi i update my phone sony xperia l but it stuck between and disconnect. then i restart phone it was not start. please would help me?

  • Hi, if the update is not finish in the middle of process, then the phone will be get problem such as stuck or bricks. Try to reflash with Flash Tool or download PC Companion from Sony Xperia website, follow the step to reinstall or update the firmware.

  • Hi, sorry reply with English. Please try to press Forgot Password button. That button will be appear if you do several time wrong password continuously which will make your phone become freeze for several seconds, and the Forgot Password Button appear for help use to bypass with Google account. Press Forgot Password button and follow the step to answer Google account username and password.

      • Hi, please make sure your Gmail username and password are correct. You can try to use computer browser to login from http://mail.google.com. If you can login, it mean your username and password correct, then make sure your Internet connection active at your Sony Xperia L while unlock forgotten security protection using Gmail account.

        • hello, i have a problem with my experia l c2105.
          i forgot the pin and i tried to insert sever time a wrong code to obtain the button forgot button but nothing happend. i did this like 50 times and nothing appear.
          there is any other way to visualize that button.

        • Hi, usually at normal non root or standard room, using this steps can bypass forgot pin at your Sony Xperia L, if you still can not access this button or you can not use your Gmail account for unlock, then you have to try doing hard reset using hardware button combination key or using PC Companion applications which is need to download first at Sony official website.

• I need to hard reset my Sony Xperia L, but your method is not working with me.

  1. Let the phone charge during the process.
  2. Turn off the phone.
  3. Turn it on while pressing power button + volume up together.

  My phone just start normally...
  What did I miss or didn't understand?
  "Fully charge" - must it be on 100% or what?
  "Several seconds" - what is that anyway, 4sec or 20sec?

You need to download PC Companion from Sony website and install it at your computer. Prepare your USB data cable. First you need to run the PC Companion at your PC, only connect with USB cable after the PC Companion applications at computer give information how to connect with special button pressed.

  • Hi, it seems that your Sony Xperia L get problem with the operating system. Some applications maybe make the network connection not available. In this case you should do hard reset or master format to reinstall or restore all setting and applications back to factory default. Please follow the hard reset steps #Option 1 above, because your phone still can work and you can find Menu Setting at Menu drawer.

Please remember, you need to make sure your Internet connection are active or work when unlock forgotten screen lock pattern using Gmail account. You also need to make sure your Google username and password is right by test it with Internet browser at other gadget using http://mail.google.com. If you still can not access your Google account from your phone, then you should do hard reset or master format with hardware button.

• Hi I'm just asking. Everytime I open my Xperia L.. It kept on showing the logo Xperia. Then while it loads, i stays the same. I can not open my unit. Also everytime I connect my phone to my PC, my PC can't read my phone. It wont connect. What should I do??????? :(

  • Hi, first you need to do hard reset using hardware button key at your Sony Xperia L. The other alternative to do hard reset is using your computer, but of course your computer should have the drivers to connect. The easy way is using Microsoft Windows 7 operating system with Internet connected.
    Download PC Companion from Sony official website, after that install PC Companion to your computer. Try to connect your Phone with computer using USB cable, once your phone connected, if needed then your computer PC will try to find the driver to internet database. After that follow the steps at #Option 4 above to hard reset using PC Companion application.

• i own a sony xperia L which i ordered from ebay n got to know dat the piece was imported... recently my phone got switched off suddenly n wen i restartd it just the sony logo n those waves flash out n the phone doesnt starts it gets stuck on dat waves only.... pleaz help me

  • Hi, maybe your operating system of Sony Xperia L become corrupt and need to reinstall. Please do hard reset with hardware button like #Option 3 above.
