Hi, usually this situations happen because your Sony Xperia C has installed with bad apps which contain viruses or malware, therefore your phone will install some unknown applications. Hi, please try to hard reset one more time. After your Sony Xperia C finish reformat the operating system, the try to not login with previous Google account. Because it can restore automatically cloud backup which contain viruses before. You can try to sign-up with new Google account to test your phone.
