How to Easily Master Format SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 10.1 N8000 with Safe Hard Reset ?

• Used my new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1" before going to bed last night. Wake up today, and it won't power on. taking advice from my friends..I hold the power button and volume +' together for 10 sec. some menu appeared . however i successfully turned it on to home screen.
  My question is.. exactly what is the reason for this unexpected issue..?
  i am scared.. do my Tablet PC have some defects?

  • Hello, as we know that Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 inches is an Android with ability to install many applications on it. For some situations, the applications that we've already installed always run to do some work, maybe while you are not using the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1" but that applications still work and some problem happen with it such as crash or error code inside application that make the tablet become hang or stuck or frozen. In this case you can not turn-on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1.

     

    Since the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 battery is not removable, then we can not soft reset by opening the battery. But do not worry because we still can force Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 to do soft reset with hardware button by pressing Volume + dan Power Button for several second (and you've already done with it).

     

    As far as we know, this problem is not tablet defects, but better for you to make sure about how often this situation happen, if you still get this problem then you may consider performing hard reset with several option above.

• pls i have problem accessing my settings icon on my galaxy note n8000 every other icons works perfectly,i tried the hard reset but is still doing the same thing.what can i do to solve this issues?

  • Hi, if your Samsung Galaxy Note N8000 LCD touch screen run properly, than you can access the setting icon from Menu setting. Or you can open the All Program list, and find Setting Icon to touch to run the setting menu.

  I did the resetting with power button and volume + and managed to wipe/clean to factory setting.
  The tablet still hangs at 'SAMSUNG' logo, what should I do?

  • Hi, at normal situations (the tablet is unroot and default operating system), the hard reset with hardware button that you've already done will make it reinstall the factory default operating system. If you are stuck at Samsung Logo maybe you ever try to do rooting or flash custom rom. Well, at this situations you need to do the right way to flash custom rom. If you never do that, maybe you need to bring you Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000 to service center.

    • I have a problem Rajesh,my sumsung galaxy note 10.1 hangs on sumsung logo then turns blank tried to recharge shows charging but on turning it on still hangs on the logo been 12 hrs now, I even tried to hold power n volume + nothing happened, plz help

      • Hi, if you have already done the hard reset button steps using hardware button, but nothing happen, then it seems your phone get other problems, please consult it with Samsung authorize service center.

• I bought the galaxy note 10.1 n-8000. unfortunately my sim card got stuck and i pulled it out with force and damaged some pins. Now i need to buy a new sim card tray. The problem that got stuck is that i have a micro sim and the tablet uses a normal sim. The galaxy n-8020 uses a micro sim. so now that i need to buy a new one, i have seen on the web the sim tray for the N-8020 looks like the N-8000 with the diference that one is for normal sim and the other is for micro sim. My question is: the sim tray N-8020 will work in my tablet Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 N8000 thanks.

  • Hi, if you have problem with Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000 sim tray from micro sim to normal simcard, we can suggest 2 options, first option is using the normal simcard converter/tray to plug you microsimcard to normal plastic simcard converter which is the middle area is blank to plug your micro sim card. The second option is bring you micro simcard to your provider office, then usually the can give you the new normal sim card as far as you can make sure you are the owner of that number.

• I wrote some notes on with the s pen . I had covered 7 pages.
  In the morning I started to continue my works but found only the first 4 pages. How can I recover the remaining 3 pages. Tks

  • Hi, sorry for your problem, but maybe you do something which make your pages disappear.

• Hi, after upgrade Galaxy Note 10.1 to (Jelly Bran) 4.1.2
  it's charing bacame very very slowly (take more than 24 hours to get fully charge)
  I make hard reset software menu and there is no ghange happen

  • Hi, as far as we know the charging time when we use Jelly Bean will not take that long. Maybe something happen with the Galaxy Note. Because you have already try to do hard reset, and no different, then you should try to discuss with Samsung service center to make sure about the hardware.

  Well, that was quite a useful tricks, thanks..
  Lately (its been 3days), my galaxy n8000 display color looked like fail working properly. Have crashes or something.

  Have shutted down (as i did almost every nites), soft restart (pick restart button on the shut-down menu). But the screen stays. Weird color, unable to display dialog box in our game, and it really look bad,

  Is there any clue to solve this?

  • Hi, please let us know, in what application the color become not perfect? If only happen at specific application, maybe thats only application problem, please try to open images with default gallery. If you still get that problem, please consider to do hard reset too. But remember, all installed application will be removed. Backup before hard reset.

• BIG ISSUE: Lost password PIN to access my Galaxy Note 10.1 GT-N8013. Important family photos are inside, I therefore don't want to hard reset it. ANY WAY AT ALL for me to recover my precious data?

  • Hi, you can try to bypass security password PIN at your Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 inches by pressing Forget Password button. If you can not find that button, please try several time wrong answer of your password, then the tablet will be locked for 30 minutes and together with it, the Forget Password button will be appear. Press that button, and you will be bring to answer Google account username and password which already install at your Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. After finish answer correct Google account, then you can stop the protection and you can use the tablet again without lose any data.

    • Hi & thanks for the reply. My galaxy note 10.1 doesn't offer this option: I tried entering 105 times the code: no option - such as Forget Password button - appear AT ALL. Any other idea?

• Hi, I have the Samsung Galaxy tab 3, model GT P5210.

  Got it primarily to use as an e reader. Downloaded Bluefire and then tried to download books from the library. Got error message "the XML file does not appear to have any style associated with it". In desperation I uninstalled Bluefire, thinking a clean install would solve the problem. Now I cannot re-install Bluefire as whatever web site/store I go to does not recognise that it is un-intstalled. Bluefire helpdesk suggested force stopping Google Play store. I did this. I still cannot re-download Bluefire.
  Can anyone help.?

  • Hi, this problem usually happen because your tablet still keep the temporary files or caches about that ereader applications. Please try to cleanup the temporary files or maybe some folders in your memory storage that related to Bluefire ereader. If removing or soft reset not help, than you may consider doing hard reset to make it totaly clear and back to default.

• Aftet open the web my note auto restart and aftet the restart the display cant apearing anything. So what should I do?

  • Hi, as far as we know the problem not because the web site, unless if that web try to install something at your Samsung Galaxy Note after finished downloading something. If your tablet can not start or boot, try to do hard reset with hardware button.
