How to Fix or Problem Solving for Recovery REALME Q2 hang or not responding or malfunctions or stuck or freezing or bricked ?
Internal memory is very important for keep any important applications and data. This phone already has big 128 GB internal storage with dedicated external memory MicroSD / MicroSDXC slot if we want to add more storage capacity. There are several interesting games or applications from Google Play Store that may run normally at REALME Q2.

REALME Q2 has MicroSD card slot for external memory. We can backup all important files from our internal storage to MicroSD using Android default file manager. Make sure to move all important data including photos and videos.
We can connect this phone using USB data cable to computer. After our computer finish recognizing our phone, then we can browse REALME Q2 internal storage using computer file manager.

#Option 1, Hard Reset REALME Q2 with software menu
- Turn on the REALME Q2

- PressBackup & Reset > Restore factory setting
- Better you not check anything at the option if you do not want to erase data at data partition at internal memory

#Option 2, Hard Reset REALME Q2 Factory Default using Hardware Secret Button Key
If we can not go to menu, or REALME Q2 can not turn on or hang or stuck or frozen so we can not access the menu setting or nothing happen while touch the screen, then try to factory reset with secret button and hardware key
- Turn off the REALME Q2
- Make sure the battery REALME Q2 already full or more than 50%
- Press together and hold thePower Button + Volume Down Button
- If the Logo appear, then release the button, after that we will enter some menu

There are three camera at back side body with 48 megapixel for wide + 8 megapixel for ultrawide as 119 degree + 2 megapixel for macro. We will have many private photos videos. Internal storage 128 GB also will have several important applications. Please secure all confidential data from unauthorized users when REALME Q2 away from us or stolen or lost.
Fingerprint is located at left side body. It is fast to access from any situations. We can use front camera for face unlock recognizing. Secondary protection like screen lock pattern or password or pin need to be choose for backup, because REALME Q2 fingerprint and face detection can not recognize our fingerprint or face unlock after finish restart or reboot.
