How to Fix or Problem Solving for Recovery REALME C3I hang or not responding or malfunctions or stuck or freezing or bricked ?
This is budget smartphone with standard internal storage at 32 GB and have 2 GB RAM. We strongly suggest to give additional external memory MicroSD / MicroSDXC for keep games data and photos/videos. Because having 32 GB are very limited if we also use it for photos videos storage. We can install several important applications from Google Play Store.
We also need to be careful, because there are some bad apps inside Google Play Store, especially new or not famous apps. They may contain viruses or malware that can make our REALME C3I become slowly or hang or stuck or broken or frozen or LCD touch screen not responsive. #Option 1, Hard Reset REALME C3I with software menu
- Turn on the REALME C3I

- Go to Menu : Setting
- Choose Tab :General
- PressBackup & Reset > Restore factory setting
- Better you not check anything at the option if you do not want to erase data at data partition at internal memory

#Option 2, Hard Reset REALME C3I Factory Default using Hardware Secret Button Key
If we can not go to menu, or REALME C3I can not turn on or hang or stuck or frozen so we can not access the menu setting or nothing happen while touch the screen, then try to factory reset with secret button and hardware key
- Turn off the REALME C3I
- Make sure the battery REALME C3I already full or more than 50%
- Press together and hold thePower Button + Volume Down Button
- If the Logo appear, then release the button, after that we will enter some menu

How to Unlock or Fix or Bypass or Solutions for REALME C3I forgot password code or security lock screen pattern or pin (lost password)?
REALME C3I will have many photos and videos after use several months. It will also have some important data. Therefore we have to secure all data from unauthorized people especially when REALME C3I away from us or stolen or lost.
Fingerprint is not available at this phone, but we still can use factory default protections like screen lock pattern or password pin for secure all data. REALME C3I (RMX2027 / RMX2020) have big battery advantages at 5000 mAh. The battery is not removable. MAny users can use this phone for two days. But if we play games or watch movie several hours continuously, then the battery will not enough. We need to do some adjustment to make REALME C3I battery work more longer.
