How to Easily Master Format Nokia E5 with Safe Hard Reset?

• sir suddenly skype connection not clear so i was removed ; again i am triying to re install skype is not installing ; and nimbuss; so pls give me good result and re download skype & nimbuss format

  • Hi, we never try to use Sky at Nokia E5, but if you ever try to install and now the application has removed, usually it can be reinstall again after you restart or soft reset the Nokia E5, but if you can not do that, then you may need to do hard reset or clear the setting at Nokia E5

  • Hi, unfortunately after you change the security code from 12345 to others, but you forgot about that security code at Nokia E5, then you should bring your Nokia E5 to nearest Nokia authorize service center to ask help for open it.

  • Hi, you have to make sure about the Internet connection for your Nokia E5 should active when download any applications. The other possibility is the internet memory space should have some free space to save the downloaded applications. If you still can not find the solutions, then you can try to do hard reset with master format, but please backup any important data because all data will be removed or wiped.

  • Hi, there are 2 options that you can choose to install Whatsapp to Nokia E5 or other related Nokia Symbian operating system family like Nokia E71 or Nokia X7,E6,N8,C6,C7,E7,500,600,603,700,701,808 and many more Symbian S60. First option use your Nokia Ovi Store and find Whatsapp application. The second options that you can try is download from web browser and browse to URL: http://www.whatsapp.com/nokia/ and download the SIS file. After that run it to install downloaded Whatsapp application.

• hi, Im having a problem with my phone Nokia E5.
  1. When I open a music file to play, it says the memory is full and must clear memory, than it does'nt play.
  2. Camera cannot open too, instead it freezes till I press a red button to defreeze.
  3. When I receive a music/ video file through a bluetooth, it get to the inbox messages, then Im failing to can open it, it says the memory full, close some other applications and try again.

  • Hi, maybe your phone internal memory already full so it can not work normally. You need to removed or uninstall not use applications to make the internal memory have more space to do some work. But you may also consider to do hard reset or master format, but of course you should backup all data before doing master format.

• hlw....i have nokia e5 and the problem is it scans the wlan but doesnot show any wifi even in wifi zone. I have tried from hidden wlan and entering the name and password obtained from others phone but it dont work so help me n if you suggest me doing hard reset then i have forgetten my lock code.   • Hi, there are two possibility with your problems. First the software or applications block the Wifi access, the second possibility is because your wifi hardware is corrupt. Therefore, you should try to do hard reset first to make sure this problem only happen because of application. Please try to use default security code 12345. If you still can not unlock it, then you need to ask Nokia service center to unlock forgotten lock code at your Nokia E5.

  • Hi, there are several causes that can make your Nokia E5 internal memory become full. First maybe you have installed many applications that can make your memory become full. The other causes maybe the applications it self keep the history or log in more size. The other causes that maybe your phone does keep too many operational log in internal memory. So, you can try to uninstall some applications or try to clean some logs at your Nokia E5 one of them is LOG DURATION (from Menu Setting > LOG > OPTIONS > SETTINGS > LOG DURATION). Try to reduce the log duration or clean them all. The other alternative is doing hard reset or master format, but make sure you already backup all of your data before performing hard reset.
