How to solve the Lenovo P770 Problem such as not responding or malfunctions or hang or stuck or freezing?

hi..i have a P770 and hard-reset my phone yesterday..before this, i used lenovo backup and restore to back up my phonebook..after the reset when i try to restore the phonebook i get the message- "Unfortunately backup and restore has stopped" everytime..how can i retrieve all the numbers? pls help....

  Hi, for phonebook, when the first time you activate your Lenovo P770 phone, you need to sign in with Google account. At this time your phone book will be synchronize with Google server, unless you choose not to sync or you did not keep any phonebook at your Gmail account. Please check it at https://contacts.google.com/ and use your previous Google account to login. If you are lucky, then all your phonebook will be backed up to server.
  
  Speaking with your Lenovo backup, but you can not success to restore it, then you can try to restore with different Lenovo phone.
