How to Easily Master Format Lenovo P770 with Safety Hard Reset?

• i am using lenovo p770 smart phone, i’m facing a problem with apps moved/installed on usb storage. every time i restart my phone these apps are not work k ng saying "app is not installed" can you please tell me how to rectify this problem?

  • Confirm maybe you mean moved to Extenal Storage. Some applications from Google Play Store allow us to move to external storage (microSD). If you move this applications, then usually everything will run normally, although the Lenovo P770 restarted. If you got problem with applications that can not detected after moved and restart, we suggest to change the external MicroSD card with another card, and try to do it again. Maybe the MicroSD is corrupt or have problem.

• can't we remove the pre-installed apps even after master reset for this lenovo p770 smartphone?can you please help me to erase all pre-installed apps by lenovo as it occupies lot of RAM as well as unneccesary apps which are not meant to be used by me.please guide me how to resolve my problem i had tried master reset as well but it still shows the preinstalled apps..please help me out..thank you

  • Hi, by default the factory default install applications at Android can not delete or uninstall if the Lenovo P770 is not at root conditions. This is because you need special permissions to remove it. That applications still installed although you do hard reset or reinstall the operating syste. If you already root your phone, then you can use special applications like Titanium Backup applications to uninstall the pre-installed applications.

• i am also using lenovop770. it wont play music with earphones on. but when i remove the earphones it would play. then plug again the earphone. it will only playmusic when i plug the earphones while the music is on.

  • Hi, we think that you need to try using other player to play music from Lenovo P770. Try to download from Google Play Store to change the defualt music player. Do not forget to choose higher rating when download from that.

• Hi, In My LenovoP770, I am facing with TEXT SMS inbox when ever I am opening it it take lot of time to open and every time it is refreshing please help me to resolve this problem

  • Hi, maybe the problem happen at you Lenovo P770 because the text message is too much at your inbox. Try to reduce the text message contain. Other possible problem are: have you ever install other Android tweak applications such as battery tweak or something like that? If you have it, try to disable or uninstall it to make sure that applications does not make problem to others. If you still have that problem, please consider to perform hard reset.

  • Hi, Maybe Micro-SD card problem. Please try to change it, what happen after you change the Micro SD with other memory card? If you still have the same problem. Please try to do hard reset and test the camera again with your new microSD card inserted.

• Hai..i using Lenovo P770 around 3month but my phone always low in memory. My phone memory is 2GB and remaining is USB storage. The problem is i'm not using the USB storage. Can u give a suggestion whether i can merge the internal memory with USB memory? If can, what apps can i use to merge this both memory? Please guide me how to merge with example or web. Futhermore, what function to root the phone? Hopefully u can guide & help me. Tqvm

  • Hi, the internal memory in Lenovo P770 is enough to install normal daily use applications, some other applications can be move to external SD card with help of App2SD applications or similar to that from Google Play Store. There are maybe other solutions to add more internal memory from external card, but the Lenovo P770 should be root and we are not recommended to do this step unless we have any experience because it may make our phone become problem if we are not carefully doing that. Please consider before follow the step in the other community website.

• Hi, is there any other way to install CWM Recovery into Lenovo P770 without using SP Flashtool?..or at least, is there any trick to disable the signature verification on the Stock android recovery in the Lenovo P770?..

  • Hi, we are not recommended to do tweak the phone or flash other custom rom without any experience because it can bricks our phone. Using Flashtool to install ClockWorkMod (CMW) is well known in the XDA then other alternative, but some ADB step to install CMW maybe can be found at other community page. Please becareful to do this.

  I have a problem with my P770. 2 days ago after i put it in my pocket without locking it, it started to work verry hard, even get stuck while moving in the menu. First i tried to remove memory card, but nothing. I removed sim cards and after that it showed no memory card detected. I tried to reset the phone, and after this menu works ok, but still it doesn't see any sim card. Now is like a smart "thing" but not phone.
  Can you tell me how can this be fixed, please?
  If this thing counts, i'm from Romania and i don't know if it requires any special settings to work with the networks in my country.

    Usually the Lenovo P770 will not get problem to run hard work applications continuously in such long time. Unless your phone get problem because the applications doing something wrong which make the operating system become corrupt. First we suggest to check all external peripheral one by one with other device. Check weather the microSD card and simcard still can work normally with other device. If everything work ok, please try to put again microSD memory card and simcard at Lenovo P770. If the phone still get problem, better you try to do hard reset to reinstall clean and factory default setting Android operating system.

  • Hi, doing hard reset will reinstall clean and fresh default Android operating system at Lenovo P770. This process will erase or wipe all installed applications, but will make the default applications will be back again. Please remember, default applications mean all applications which are not installed by yourself, but it installed from factory default. The default applications are appear when you first time activate new Lenovo P770.
