Hi, the applications can stay at memory as services or as foreground. Removing using kind of memory cleaner application will only work for awhile, because it will not remove the services applications memory. The ideal steps is try to uninstall the application at background memory which run as services and your memory will be significantly get more free space. The other solutions is consider to do hard reset or master format, and install only daily use and important applications at your Lenovo A516.

Hi, have you ever try to received sms from other number? We ever get this problem at other Android, but we have found that problem appear from the provider, and the double sms mostly come from any number. You can also try to use other phone with your GSM simcard. After that please try to sms text message from other phone number. If you find this problem only happen at your Lenovo A516, then you have to try doing hard reset or master format.
