How to Solved SONY XPERIA TIPO ST21i & ST21i2 Problem Hang or Stuck or Freezing ?

XPERIA TIPO ST21i & ST21i2 already have good specifications of processor, for daily usage it will run in good conditions. Some user got problem with XPERIA TIPO ST21i & ST21i2 like hang or freezing or not responding or screen can not respond with touch or stuck while booting or at applications. When this problem appear in SONY XPERIA TIPO ST21i & ST21i2, better try to do soft reset or reboot XPERIA TIPO ST21i & ST21i2 by pressing power button and choose reboot/restart at LCD menu. Make sure the battery fully charge

  Hi, you can try to unlock forgotten security protections at Sony Xperia Tipo using Gmail account. Please try to give several time wrong answer at your phone until it locked or freezing 30 seconds. At this time you will find Forgot Password button, please press that button, then you will find field to type your Gmail username and password that your have already signed in before. If your Sony Xperi Tipo still can not work, then you have to do hard reset or reformat with factory default operating system using PC Companion. Please follow steps at #option 4 above.

  Hi, maybe there are some upgrade trouble. Please try to recover or reinstall Sony Xperia Tipo operating system to factory default using PC Companion using steps at #option 4 above. It will reformat and refresh your Sony Xperia Tipo using latest official factory default operating system.

  Hi, if you have done all steps carefully to reformat your Sony Xperia Tipo operating system using PC Companion (start from your phone off), then you can try to use other computer one more time, because sometime your previous computer have trouble with driver connections to recognize your phone. If still can not work, then maybe your Sony Xperia Tipo get trouble with hardware, please consult with Sony authorize service center.

  Hi, there are some message inside your Sony Xperia Tipo. If you need to backup your sms, please use SMS backup application which can downloaded from Google Play Store. It can backup all SMS to file which saved inside external MicroSD. Please remove that MicroSD then you can firmware hard reset to reformat your Sony Xperia Tipo operating system. After finish getting fresh operating system, then please try to install again same SMS backup apps from Google Play Store then after that you can restore with previous data backup files from MicroSD.

  Hi, unfortunately at your problems, then you should use PC Companion which need to install at personal computer which use Microsoft Windows operating system. Otherwise, you can try to bring your Sony Xperia Tipo to Sony authorized service center.
