# Method 1: Hard Reset REALME NOTE 50 From Menu Settings:
- Open Menu Settings
- Please choose one following options, because this is depend on our software / firmware version:
- Realme UI 3.0 and above: Settings > System/Additional Settings > Back up and reset > Reset Phone
- Realme UI 1.0 & 2.0: Settings > Additional Settings > Backup & Reset > Erase all data (factory reset)
- Realme UI R & Go & S & T Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data
- We can choose what option to reset, like: to reset network settings, all settings, or erase all data (factory reset).
- Please confirm and follow the steps to make sure we continue the process to reset.
# Method 2: Hard Reset REALME NOTE 50 with Hardware Button Combination Key with Recovery Mode
- Please Turn Off Our Phone
- Press and hold the POWER BUTTON + VOLUME BUTTON together until the phone vibrates and enters Recovery Mode.
- Choose the Language by using VOLUME BUTTON to up and down, then press POWER BUTTON to choose or ok.
- Go to Wipe Dataand select it.
- Go to Format Data
- Please confirm our options to format. Sometime we have to enter the verification code if prompted.
- Choose Format to process the hard reset.
Remember, this process will remove any data, installed applications and setting from REALME NOTE 50. Please make sure we have finished backup our data.
