# Method 1: Hard Reset REALME C63 From Menu Settings:

- Choose the Language by using VOLUME BUTTON to up and down, then press POWER BUTTON to choose or ok.
- Go to Wipe Dataand select it.
- Go to Format Data
- Please confirm our options to format. Sometime we have to enter the verification code if prompted.
- Choose Format to process the hard reset.
Remember, this process will remove any data, installed applications and setting from REALME C63. Therefore we need to backup all important data before performing hard reset.
